A young olive with blossom. The now drying blossom will fall back to the soil from whence it came.

In one of your main image I saw something that looks like roasted nuts. Why would you include those on your olive oil web page. Are you saying that you can fry nuts in olive oil?
Actually in the image you are referring to, those are crushed olive seeds. They are used for fuel in some countries. As for frying nuts with olive oil I have never done so but I imagine it is possible. As a matter of fact I’ll try frying some nuts in olive oil and I’ll do a post on it in the future.
Over the last few years I have neglected this site to concentrate on other things. Since this is a hobby, I work on it when I feel like it. Well today I feel like it. Next I’ll construct a video on producing olive oil. Thank you for your comment and sorry about the late reply. – D’Olive

Interesting video blog, this is a great way to communicate about olives or any thing really.
